This recipe is derived from My Favorite Fried Rice by EmmyMade.com. Her recipe feeds 4 people or so, but I only have to feed one, so I’ve made adjustments.

Using the recipe on the bottle of Patak’s Mild Curry Sauce, with a couple enhancements.

This made an enourmous amount, probably too much for a single person. Lots went into the freezer for later use.

Yet another variation on Wild Turkey Surprise, aka Stuff with Stuff In It, aka Mess

I whipped this up pretty fast without looking anything up. It came out great with tons of leftovers.

Made this a couple of night ago, yet another of what my sister calls “Stuff with Stuff In It” :D

This is another one of those one-pan meals my seester calls “Stuff With Stuff In It” and makes a couple of meals worth of stuff. Mostly this is easy for me to make, doesn’t hurt my hands with much prep or handlind cold items, and is fast enough it doesn’t take all my spoons to make it.

I just made some lunch for myself and it was stream-of-concsiousness cooking.
