An easy crockpot recipe for BBQ pulled pork sammiches! Barbecued pork sandwiches are so easily made in the slow cooker.



  1. Place pork roast in a lightly greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker.

  2. Combine onion, barbecue sauce, honey, and hot pepper; pour over roast.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours.

  4. Serve on buns, topped with slaw, if desired.

Serves 6.

Delicious with beans and coleslaw! For a Carolina experience, pile the coleslaw right on the sandwich, with some fries if you have them.
