  1. Wash and drain the cranberries

  2. Wash and quarter one orange (two mandarins) and remove any seeds

  3. If including an apple, wash and chop it

  4. Place everything in a food processor and chop

  5. Add sugar, mixing thoroughly, but not roughly

  6. Refridgerate overnight
