Bacon Pea Salad 28-May-2020
A super refreshing summer salad, great for cookouts, backyard parties, potlucks. Not dairy-free in this form.
Bacon Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peas (about 16 ounces), thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Directions
- Combine the first 6 ingredients; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes.
- Stir in bacon just before serving.
