Cranberry Sauce 27-Nov-2014
This is modified from the recipe you usually find on the bag of cranberries.
- 12 ounces of frozen or fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
Bring water, orange juice, and sugar to boil on stove top.
Add cranberries, bring back to a boil, and cook until skins all pop.
Remove from heat, let cool.
Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving.
Serve beside roast turkey for traditional American Thanksgiving.
