Cranberry Sauce 27-Nov-2014

This is modified from the recipe you usually find on the bag of cranberries.


  • 12 ounces of frozen or fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Bring water, orange juice, and sugar to boil on stove top.

  2. Add cranberries, bring back to a boil, and cook until skins all pop.

  3. Remove from heat, let cool.

  4. Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving.

  5. Serve beside roast turkey for traditional American Thanksgiving.
