A nice recipe for a sugar-free pizza sauce you make yourself! Low-cal, low-carb.

The following ingredients are to taste. Work to find the right amounts for your desires.


  • 1 can of tomato sauce

  • grated fresh garlic
  • basil
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • crushed anise seed
  • salt & pepper
  • onion powder


  1. Combine all ingredients, Simmer approximately 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
