Swedish Meatballs 21-Apr-2012

The family classic, using the meatball mix from Ingabretsen’s.


  • 2 pounds Ingabretson’s Swedish meatball mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • handfull of malt-o-meal


(The best way to do this is using your hands and fingers. Yucky, but it works.)

  1. Heat oven to 350&degF;.

  2. mix together meat, egg, milk, and malt-o-meal well.

  3. make one inch balls and arrange in baking pan

  4. bake for 30 minutes at 350.
