Swedish Meatballs 21-Apr-2012
The family classic, using the meatball mix from Ingabretsen’s.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ingabretson’s Swedish meatball mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- handfull of malt-o-meal
Directions
(The best way to do this is using your hands and fingers. Yucky, but it works.)

Heat oven to 350°F;.

mix together meat, egg, milk, and malt-o-meal well.

make one inch balls and arrange in baking pan

bake for 30 minutes at 350.
