Cedric Adams Casserole 05-Jul-2011
A pretty simple beef hot dish. This is a recipe my Mom found ages and ages ago and inflicted on us. We actually liked it.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

brown ground beef, onion and celery. drain fat as it accumulates.

in a 1.5 quart casserole, alternate layers of ground beef mixture with chopped cabbage

pour undiluted tomato soup over top

cover and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour
Makes 4 servings.
