Banana and Cantaloupe Smoothie 16-Nov-2014
Yummy sounding smoothie.
- 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup cantaloupe, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup buttermilk containing probiotic bacteria
- Seeds from one vanilla bean
- 1 Tbsp honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Garnish as desired. Serve with eco-friendly straws made of tough borosilicate glass, stainless steel, or bamboo.
