Honey Mustard Chicken 05-Jul-2011

This is a great dish to serve at a party, or take along on a picnic.


  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 16-24 chicken wing pieces
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce


  1. rinse chicken, pat dry

  2. mix vinegar, honey, mustard and soy sauce together in a bowl

  3. line baking pan with foil, arrange chicken in pan

  4. bake chicken for 20 minutes at 425°F

  5. cover chicken with glaze, turning to coat completely

  6. return glazed chicken to oven, cook for an additional 35 minutes. keep brushing with glaze.

You can alter this to use pretty much any cut of chicken, for use as a meal.
